Jerome, AZ

Last weekend we decided to head to Jerome, AZ. It's a town about 2 hours away with a population of 444. They had home tours that people could take in order to see some of the historic buildings / houses. The town is very artistic and reminded me a little bit of Provincetown, MA. There have been many ghost sightings in certain buildings, but we did not take the ghost tour - maybe next time.

Overall it was a great place to visit and check out- but I would NEVER be able to live in such a small town on the top of a very windy road.

Hello Summer 2011

This school year has been absolutely CRAZY. I am so excited it's the summer and I am officially 75 % done with college.

I flew out to Arizona on Tuesday and I am looking forward to a fun filled summer. So far it's been in the high 80s/ 90s. Love it!

Went to Scottsdale today and had some ice cream at a place called "Sugar Bowl". We also checked out some gift shops and I took a break and sat down next to this guy:

An Arizona hike

The first week of March was my spring break. Kristin and I headed to Arizona to visit with my parents! On one of the days we decided to go on a hike! It was 80 degrees when we went and it was so nice out. It was good to get out and try something new, since of course we left cold rainy weather behind us!
