New Year's ResolutionS

I have a list in my head of my resolutions for 2010.

1) Tone up! I have a gym membership and enjoy going when I can, but i REALLY need to stick to a steady plan with working out every other day / 3 times a week. I was able to stick with it before I went to Disney in 2008, and I will do it again.

2) Eat healthier. I guess this goes along with number 1, but after the Holidays I feel like I let my sweet tooth get the best of me. I need to be able to say no to temptations and stick to salads and healthy foods.

3) Make Dean's List again. I tried really hard last semester to finish out strong, but I failed at that goal. I made Dean's List freshman year fall semester, and I am striving to do it again!!! I need to stay committed to my grades.

4) Less Facebook, More Study time! Facebook is a waste of time in my books. It's addicting and nothing is ever productive over facebook. What, a farm?? I fell into the trap of Farmville and everything else last summer, and I will not do that again. Studying > Harvesting fake plants.

5) Blog at least a few times a week!! Now that I've had all this free time due to lack of work / a month off from school, I realize blogging is fun and I need to find time in my day to do it. I also want to take more pictures to put in the blog so I can look back years from now and look over what i've done.

6) SAVE $$$$. No more random purchases for me. I need to save my money and use it on something important to me. I fall into the trap everytime, and I am going to try to break my habit of random shopping trips / buying unnecessary things. No wonder why I don't have the Wii yet!

Usually people only have one resolution, but I have 6. I am going to try my hardest to stick to them all.. Now that it's out on my blog I can always look back and remind myself of these goals.

Ice skating, Patriots, chicken alfredo, and my little sister!!

Nick and I didn't know what to do, so of course we decided to go to Patriot Place at Gillette Stadium for some shopping and ice skating. We tried a new pizzeria and it was really good! It wasn't as good as California Pizza Kitchen, but it was definitely up there.

After we were full, we decided to try ice skating. I used to take classes but that was a good 12 years ago.. and I think the last time I was on skates was a solid 10 years. So, with that being said---- I was holding onto Nick's arm the whole time and just letting him pull me.

It was a good time, but hopefully next time I'll be able to let go of his hand haha

Football! I went to the Patriots game with my Dad

If you look real close, a guy dressed up as Randy Moss. Randy was laughing on the field and kept going back and forth with the look alike. It was pretty entertaining to say the least.

The Patriots also made the playoffs!!! :)

Me and my friend Meghan decided to try to make our own chicken alfredo and watch 500 Days Of Summer!! Great movie, and GREAT food!! :)

Christmas

Christmas was AWESOME! I wish I had pictures to post, but my usb cord is at school I think..

I convinced Nick to spend Christmas with my family this year.. We opened up gifts in the morning and watched A Christmas Story and other classics.

Santa was good to me (and my car). My big gift was new tires for my car, I received a few gift cards, Mary Kay, North Face Gloves, and my own ED HARDY PERFUME SET!!! I've been dying to get it for a while now.

My favorite gift I received was from Nick----Even though I already had it a week before Christmas because the boy can't keep a secret :) It was a Cape Cod bracelet with a gold anchor instead of the classic gold ball:

I was hoping to put up this blog before it actually turned Christmas, but wasn't able to.

Anyway, today was very hectic- My younger brother decided he needed to get the bulk of his shopping done today, the DAY BEFORE Christmas... It was so hectic and crazy!! I swear it was busier than Black Friday.

After I got back from shopping I got ready and went out to Nick's Aunt's house. It actually wasn't bad at all.. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures..

A new year's resolution of mine is to take more pictures so I can blog more often.
